Positive attitude brings teacher to top
Hanson recognized with John Dalton Excellent Teacher Award

After only a year in Mississinewa Community Schools, Amanda Hanson was
awarded the John Dalton Excellent Teacher Award. Hanson is a first-grade
teacher at Westview Elementary who received a $1,000 grant, along with a
plaque, to honor her willingness and love to teach, Superintendent Mike
Powell said.
